Thank you for shopping with us. We specialize in used and refurbished computers and network equipment. This policy explains how delivery and returns are handled.
Rules
1. Delivery Policy Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on stock availability and order volume. Delivery Methods We use trusted courier and logistics services for local and regional deliveries. Delivery method may vary depending on the size, value, and destination of the item. Delivery Timeframe Estimated delivery times are: Local deliveries: 1–5 business days after dispatch Regional/international deliveries (if applicable): 5–14 business days after dispatch Delays caused by courier services, weather, or customs are outside of our control. Shipping Costs Shipping fees (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of purchase. Some items may qualify for free delivery depending on promotions or agreements. Risk of Loss Once an item has been handed over to the courier, it becomes the responsibility of the courier service. However, we will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible. Delivery Inspection Customers are advised to inspect packages upon delivery. Any visible damage should be reported immediately before accepting the item, where possible.
Returns Policy
2. Returns Policy Return Window Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase. Return Conditions To qualify for a return: A valid receipt must be provided The item must be in the same condition as sold No tampering, alterations, or physical damage must be present If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected. Warranty Coverage (Refurbished Items) All refurbished (renewed) desktop computers, laptops, and monitors include a 30-day limited warranty covering hardware defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover: Physical damage Liquid damage Power surges Software issues (unless stated otherwise) Misuse or unauthorized repairs “As-Is” Sales Items sold as “As-Is” are final sale and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or warranty claims. These items are sold with all known or unknown faults. Refunds & Exchanges Approved returns may be resolved through: Exchange (preferred) Store credit Refund (where applicable) Defective items under warranty may be repaired or replaced with a similar unit depending on availability. Refunds will generally be issued using the original payment method where possible.
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 10 days of the invoice date for Singaporeorders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries, there is an option to exchange at any of our boutiques within Singaporeor through our online portal at www.company.com. All requests for returns however, would need to be strictly made online at www.company.com for both local and overseas deliveries.
