These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made from Allacquired, including in-person, online and any other sales channels. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Nature of Products

We sell used, refurbished, and pre-owned computers, monitors, and network equipment. As such:

  • Products may show signs of prior use.
  • Cosmetic imperfections may exist and do not affect functionality unless stated.
  • Customers are encouraged to inspect items before purchase.

2. Warranty Policy

  • We provide a 30-day limited warranty on:
    • Refurbished desktop computers
    • Laptops
    • Monitors
  • Warranty covers hardware failure under normal use only.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Physical damage (cracks, drops, impact)
  • Liquid damage
  • Electrical surges or power damage
  • Software issues, viruses, or operating system corruption
  • Unauthorized repairs or tampering
  • Misuse or neglect

3. Returns Policy

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase only.
  • A valid receipt is required for all returns.
  • Items must be returned in the exact condition sold, with:
    • No physical damage
    • No missing parts
    • No tampering or modifications

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

4. “As-Is” Sales

Certain items may be sold “As-Is”, including but not limited to:

  • Single remaining stock items
  • Clearance or heavily discounted goods
  • Items specifically marked as non-warranted

“As-Is” items:

  • Are sold with all faults (known or unknown)
  • Carry no warranty
  • Are final sale and non-returnable

5. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Approved returns may result in:
    • Exchange of item (subject to availability), or
    • Store credit, or
    • Refund (at management’s discretion)

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

6. Product Testing and Acceptance

  • Customers are responsible for testing and inspecting items before purchase.
  • Once payment is completed, the customer acknowledges acceptance of the item’s condition.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Data loss on used devices
  • Business interruption or loss of income
  • Damage caused by improper installation or use

Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the item.

8. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse any return or warranty claim that violates these terms
  • Refuse service or sale at our discretion

Online Auction Terms and Conditions (Jamaica)

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of Allacquired  (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and our online auction platform (“https://allacquiredja.com/auctions”). By registering an account, placing a bid, or participating in any auction, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • We reserve the right to verify your identity before allowing you to bid or complete a purchase.

2. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
  • You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or breaches of these Terms.

3. Auction Listings

  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure that item descriptions, photographs, and specifications are accurate.
  • All measurements, descriptions, and photographs are provided as a guide only.
  • We reserve the right to correct errors, update listings, or withdraw items before the auction closes.

4. Bidding

  • Every bid placed is final and cannot be withdrawn without our written approval.
  • By placing a bid, you are making a legally binding offer to purchase the item if you are the successful bidder.
  • We reserve the right to reject bids that appear fraudulent, suspicious, or made in error.
  • We may establish minimum bid increments for each auction.

5. Reserve Prices

Some items may have a confidential reserve price. If the reserve is not met, the seller is not obligated to sell the item.

6. Winning the Auction

  • The highest valid bid at the closing time will normally be the winning bid.
  • We reserve the right to resolve bidding disputes and our decision shall be final.
  • If technical issues affect the auction, we may extend or restart the auction.

7. Payment

  • Payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving notification that you are the successful bidder unless otherwise stated.
  • Accepted payment methods include:
    • Bank Transfer
    • Debit/Credit Card
    • Cash (where collection is permitted)
    • Other approved payment methods
  • Failure to make payment within the required time may result in cancellation of the sale and suspension of your account.

8. Buyer’s Premium (If Applicable)

A buyer’s premium of 10% may be added to the final bid price. Any applicable taxes or government fees will also be payable where required.

9. Collection and Delivery

  • Collection dates and times will be communicated after payment.
  • Delivery services may be offered at an additional cost.
  • Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon collection or delivery.
  • Buyers must inspect items upon receipt and immediately report any delivery issues.

10. Item Condition

Unless otherwise stated, all items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS.”

No guarantees or warranties are provided regarding:

  • Condition
  • Quality
  • Suitability for a particular purpose
  • Authenticity (unless expressly stated)

11. No Returns

Except where required by Jamaican law or where an item has been materially misrepresented, all auction sales are final.

No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the auction has ended and payment has been made.

12. Default by Buyer

If a successful bidder fails to complete payment:

  • The sale may be cancelled.
  • The item may be offered to another bidder or re-auctioned.
  • Any deposit paid may be forfeited.
  • The bidder’s account may be suspended or permanently banned.

13. Seller Rights

We reserve the right to:

  • Withdraw items before auction closing.
  • Refuse bids.
  • Cancel auctions where fraud, technical errors, or legal concerns arise.
  • Remove users who breach these Terms.

14. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

  • Use fake accounts.
  • Bid on their own listings.
  • Manipulate auction prices.
  • Interfere with the operation of the Platform.
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal conduct.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Jamaica, we shall not be liable for:

  • Internet outages.
  • Website downtime.
  • Lost bids caused by technical failures.
  • Indirect or consequential losses.
  • Errors made by third-party payment providers or delivery companies.

16. Privacy

We collect personal information only for the purpose of operating our auction platform.

Your information will not be sold to third parties except where required by law or necessary to complete a transaction.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Jamaica.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jamaica.

18. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time by publishing an updated version on our website.

Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

19. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet failures, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
