Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. As a retailer of used and refurbished computers and network equipment, we aim to be transparent about our policies so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Warranty Coverage
All refurbished (renewed) desktop computers, laptops, and monitors come with a 30-day limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers hardware defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
Physical damage
Liquid damage
Power surges
Software issues (unless otherwise stated)
Misuse or unauthorized repairs
2. Returns
Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return:
You must provide a valid receipt.
The item must be in the same condition as sold.
There must be no tampering, alterations, or damage to the item or its components.
If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected.
3. “As-Is” Sales
Items sold as “As-Is” are final sale.
This applies especially when:
The item is the only unit in stock, or
The item is clearly marked or communicated as non-warranted.
“As-Is” items:
Do not qualify for returns, refunds, or warranty.
Are sold with all faults (if any), known or unknown.
4. Refunds
Approved returns may be eligible for:
Exchange (preferred), or
Store credit, or
Refund, depending on the situation
Refund method will typically match the original payment method, where possible.
5. Exchanges
Defective items within the warranty period may be:
Repaired, or
Replaced with a similar unit (subject to availability)
6. Important Notes
Customers are encouraged to inspect and test items the same day of purchase.
