As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account and view your order status under My Orders.
Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours after your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received it after that time, please check your spam/junk folder or contact our support team.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update your shipping address. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number.
First, check around your delivery area and with neighbors or building managers. If it still can’t be found, contact our support team and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate.
